Services
Our service is Organizational change management in its entirety and consists of the following three components:
- Preparing for Change: Analysis of target groups, change impacts and the current situation as a whole
- Managing change:
· Design of a change strategy and approach to manage the various target groups derived of the insights of the analysis
· Development of a change- and communication plan
· Coordination and implementation of different change- and communication measures to inform, involve and qualify the affected target groups
- Reinforcing change: Continuously measure the effectiveness of the Organizational change management measures and improve them if necessary
