That's why we not only keep an eye on technology, we also take people with us during change processes. And not only when everything has been implemented, but throughout phases before that - change management at its best!
CONNECTING PEOPLE AND BRINGING THEM ON-BOARD
Among our approximately 70+ permanent employees, who are supplemented by a network of freelance colleagues, there are IT experts, but also business economists and sociologists. We think not only in the pure IT world, but always have people in mind. We usually work in small teams and work together with the client to find the right solutions. Appreciation for everyone in the company is particularly important to us in client projects. We don't just come with fixed concepts, but seek to understand and bring on board all levels that work with IT.
- Constant growth calls for new premises: In the middle of the year we will move into the new office in Ravensburg/Berg.
- The office in Cologne has the opened. More to follow. Our consultants are spread across Germany - to bring them together in teams, regional hubs follow in Mannheim, Munich, and Bremen.
- Karer Consulting is still growing today. A total of 47 employees work for us.
