What is SAP?

And why SAP S/4 HANA?
The "S" stands for Simple, "4" for the fourth product generation, and "HANA" is the name of the database technology "High Performance Analytic Appliance" on which the system is based. In the coming years, all companies must switch to SAP S/4 HANA, as maintenance for the current SAP generation will end. Due to the long project duration and the foreseeable shortage of internal and external SAP experts, it is recommended to start the transition promptly.
